She was predeceased by: her daughter Lisa Lee Campbell; and her siblings, Vicki Lynn Price and Mark Brush. She is survived by: her husband Samuel "Jack" Butt of Linton; her children, Kimberley Jean Mize of Linton, Kelly Lynn McKinnon of Linton and Troy Alan Butt (Jan) of Evansville; her grandchildren, Derek Willard, Samantha Neff, Ashley Hibbard, Richard Walton II, Troy Alan Butt, Jr., Shiv, Cullum, Levi Butt, Robert Smith, Shelby Nash and Jacklyn Nash; her sister Christie Clark (Randy); and her nephew Devin Clark. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
