He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Julian, Fern Rose (Donahue) and David White; his uncles, Raymond Rose, Eric Rose and Todd White; and his aunt Becky Nicolas.
He is survived by: his parents, Steven R. White and Rita M. White (Rose); his brother Joseph E. White of Linton; his grandmother Orda White of Linton; and his uncles, Patty Pineda (Edward) of Terre Haute, Vickey Edmonson (Chester), Debra Rose, Gale Fisher (Lyle) of Wisconsin, Patricia Caddell of Bedford, Danny Rose (Becky), Troy White (Whitney) and Juan Nicolas of Terre Haute.
