He is survived by: his wife Leslie Ann Hembree (Ball); his sons, Eric Thomas of Washington, Brandon Hembree of Linton and Matthew Sheetz of Bloomfield; and his siblings, Richard Hembree (Mary) of St. Anthony, Mae Horsting, Faye Holland (Chris) and Kaye Matthews of Loogootee.
