He is survived by: his son James Warren Page; his grandson Gabriel Page; his cousins, Lester Faidherbe (Terry), Sandra Sue Dayhoff (Larry) of Lyons, Terry Coker of Bloomfield, Charles Mead of Indianapolis, Jim Mead of Indianapolis and John Mead of Indianapolis; and his uncle Pete Coker of Bicknell.
