He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cunningham and Dora May Cunningham (Ellis); his brothers, James "Jim" Cunningham and Billy Cunningham; and his siblings-in-law, Diane Cunningham, Ruth Cunningham, Ernest "Bud" Medley and Donald "Don" Vest.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Cunningham (Dailey); his sons, Brad Cunningham (Jennifer), Jefforey "Jeff" Sisk (Rita) and Jason Sisk (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Shea Compton (Zach), Keith Cunningham, Marlene Jerrell (Dusty), Lily Sisk, Liam Swaby and Leah Sisk; his great grandchildren, Isabelle Rose and Delaney Jerrell; and his siblings, Joyce Bland (Curt), Opal Vest, Sue Wallace, Pat Knotts (Jim), Doris Medley, Beulah Shonk (Steve) and Ron Cunningham (Judy).
