He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh E. Frields and Helen V. Frields (Daugherty). He is survived by: his brother Carroll Frields (Genia) of Chrisney, IN; his children, Tim Frields (Katrina) of Tuplo, MS and Linda Summerlin (Tom) of Avon; his stepchildren, Dusty Miller (Lynn) of Nashville, TN, Becky Sluder of Evansville, Mark Schulze (Debbie) of Evansville and Sherry McBride; and his stepgrandchild Walda.
The family has requested that memorial contributions may be made to the Linton First United Methodist Church.
