He is survived by: his wife Theodora "Teddy" Ann Harmon of Linton; his children, Richard Vaughn Harmon, Jr. (Mehfuza) of Houston, Jeanee Johnson of Midland, Robert Rush (Deda) of Jasonville and Rosalie "Lee" Montgomery of Maryland; his grandchildren, Richard Vaughn Harmon, III (Laura), Erica Lynn Harmon, Krista Marie Lyvers (Daniel), Brook Wilson, Austin Rush (Sami), Carson Rush, Lily Rush, Richard Montgomery (Melissa) and Jessica Neville (Michael); his great grandchildren, Aya Harmon, Lucas Stevenson, Ariana Weathers, Teegan Lyvers, Tucker Hadley, Tilly Schlatter, Penelope Rush, Paige Neville and Peyton Neville; his sister Delores Harmon-Gatton (John) of Louisville, Kentucky; his sister-in-law Mary Strong; his nieces and nephews, Karen Demarsh, Dianna Pittman, Mark and Joe Hutchison; his great-nieces, Katie Lane and Beth Wade; and his caregiver Roberta Baker.
