He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Greene and Helen Greene (Dicus); his former wife Rose Marie Sullivan; and his son Thomas Greene. He is survived by: his wife Helen of Linton, Indiana; his children, Robert Greene (Sasha) of Bridgeport, Scott Greene (Michelle) of St. Augustine, Florida, Michelle Conner (Steve) of California City, Rebecca Squire of Dugger, Paula Stephens (Robert) of Bridgeport and Teresa Littlejohn of Linton, Indiana; and his siblings, Charles Greene (Kay) of Georgia and Barbara Saul of O'Fallon, Illinois. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home (1303 12th St, Lawrenceville, IL 62439). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
