She is survived by: her husband Dale Franklin; her children, Wes Franklin (Halea) and Kimberly Franklin of Linton; her grandchildren, Brooklyn Franklin, Wrigley Franklin, Kylie Blair, Brynley Franklin, Tyler Franklin and Keegan Blair; and her sister Sharon Welch. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
