He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Raines and Abbie Raines (Harmon); his siblings, Bob Raines, Roscoe Raines and Norma Jean Jolley; and his great grandchild Braylee Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Judy A. Raines (Hopkins); and his children, Otto Lee "Bub" Raines (Shelly) of Bedford, Fonnie Blevins (Farris) of Eubank, KY, Cynthia Miller (Mike) of Richmond, KY and Teresa Mason (Bill) of Linton.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Anderson Poindexter Chapel (89 NW C St, Linton, IN 47441). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Anderson - Poindexter Chapel, Linton Email.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
