He is survived by: his mother Kathy Miller (Wills); his stepfather Mike Lee of Linton; his grandmother Peggy Miller; his siblings, Jay Miller (Charlotte) of Switz City and Kristyn Wile (Greg) of Linton; his stepsiblings, Dane Lee (Melissa) of Linton and Shanna Rea (Marshall) of Tacoma; his nieces and nephews, Adam, Abram Neff (Samantha), Jaydan, Jackson Miller and Kaleb Bridges (Jade); his son Banx; his aunts and uncles, Terry, Tanya Miller of St. Petersburg, FL, Linda and Ron Myers of Lake Placid, FL; his significant other Charlotta Preece; and his partner's children, Landon and Isabella.
