He is survived by: his wife Linda Hagen (Sullivan); his stepdaughter Angie Shephard; his stepgrandsons, Eric Shephard, Isaac Shephard, Aaron Couch and Austin Couch; his siblings, Shirley Bright (Mike), Rita Clinkenbeard, Rick Hagen (Angie), Brian Hagen (Connie), Mark Hagen (Amanda) and Matt Hagen; his mother-in-law Mary Bailey (Gene); and his close friend Phillip George.
