He was predeceased by: his mother Suzanne Hubbell. He is survived by: his father Mark A. Hollingsworth (Linsey) of Linton; his son Logan Hollingsworth (Taylor) of Linton; his brother Matthew David Moore (Sara) of Linton; and his granddaughter Layla Hollingsworth.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Linton Baseball team through the funeral home.
