Capshaw (Jennifer) of Mt; his grandchildren, Laurie Wagner (Will), Christopher Knight, Brittany Craft and Samantha Kelly; and his brothers, Jimmy Capshaw of Louisville, Jack Capshaw of Louisville and Don Cravens of Louisville.
