She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles J. Sparks and Nellie D. Sparks (Cramer); her husband Charles W. Moffatt; her son Bobby Myers; her stepson Eugene Moffatt; her son-in-law Paul Anderson; and her siblings, Charles Sparks, Jr. (June), Vernon 'Vernie' Sparks, Virginia Sparks Carrico Charleton and Shirley Sparks Roach.
She is survived by: her children, Troy Moffatt (Kristi) of Marco, Jeffrey Myers of Linton, Nancy Anderson of Linton and Rhonda Sims (Derek) of Elnora; her stepchildren, Dean Moffatt (Sandra), Doug Moffatt of Loogootee, Kathi Brosmer (Ronnie) of Loogootee and Pam Cox (Danny) of Loogootee; and her grandchildren, Crystal Woods (John), Holly White (Gary), Bryan Myers (Betty), Decon Kaiser, Caleb Moffatt (Tracy) and Trey Moffatt. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; several step-grandchildren.
