He is survived by: his children, Vertis Hardesty (Charlotte) of Linton and Jada Haldeman (Stephen Shaver) of Greenfield; his grandsons, Chris Hardesty (Rachel) of Worthington and Nathan Hardesty (Nicole) of Cincinnati, OH; his great grandchildren, Questyn, Lillian, Adilynn, Lucas, Lydia and Levi; and his siblings, Morrison Hardesty (Sharon) of Chesterton, Susan Horton of Oaktown, Patty Miller of Seymour and Shirley D'Agostino (Steve) of Barneveld, NY.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
