He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Padgett and Dorothy Mae Padgett (Shonk); and his siblings, Charles Padgett and Linda Hubbell. He is survived by: his sons, David Padgett of Linton and Jarod Chambers of Spencer; and his sister Diana Driscol (Bud) of Worthington. He is also survived by one grandson, and several nieces and nephews.
