It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Secrest of Linton, Indiana, who passed away on November 5, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Elzo Secrest and Martha Secrest (Pearison); his wife Wanda Lea Combs; his siblings, Herbert, Henry, Frank Secrest, Chloe Gambill (Secrest) and Mary Chanley (Secrest); and his grandson Michael Parsons.
He is survived by: his brother Raymond Secrest (Shirley) of Matoon, IL; and his children, John David Secrest (Nellie) of Jasonville, IN, Curtis Secrest (Debbie) of Bloomfield, IN., Cheryl (Secrest), Moss (Roger) of Dugger, IN and Elaine Secrest of Linton, IN. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
