She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard T. Waggoner and Arnieta Shepherd Waggoner; and her sister Sue Ellen Hunter. She is survived by: her husband Kevin McKay; her daughter Summer Rubin (Brad); her grandsons, Zach and Kameron Rubin; her son Scott McKay (Angela); her grandchildren, Tyler, Matthew, Landon, Andrew, Braydon, Allyson and Kinslee McKay; her sister April Niewedde (Bob); and her sister-in-law Margo Brighton (Craig). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
