He was predeceased by: his parents, Bergal 'Bud W. and Helen L. Teague (Patterson); and his sister Connie Sue Teague. He is survived by: his siblings, Gregory Teague of Linton, Mark Teague of Linton, Vickie Cazee of Farmersburg, Leanne Smith (Bruce) of Dugger and Pamela Sutherlin (Tom) of Spencer; his niece Michele Cornelius (Jason) of Odon; and his nephews, Jeremiah Smith of Dugger and Chris Deckard (Angela) of Farmersburg. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
