He was predeceased by: his mother Pamela Lucas Burns; and his grandparents, Bill Lucas, Ralph and Marilyn Burns. He is survived by: his father Alan Burns; his son Kade Burns; the mother of his child Billie Mason; his stepchildren, Brooklyn and Eli; his brother Travis Ellis; his nephew Marshall Ellis; his grandmother Goldie Lucas; and his aunts and uncles, Darlene Callison (Brent), Penny Parr (Tim), Cathy Halberstadt, Brenda Proctor (Joe) and Terry Burns.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to Brust Funeral Home.
