He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph H. Haseman and Beatrice Haseman (Steward); his wife Jewelledean Ann Haseman; and his nephew Dr. Joseph H. Haseman III. He is survived by: his daughter Janelyn Kulik (Michael) of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Catherine Johnson (Scott) and Christopher Kulik; and his siblings, Joseph H. Haseman II (Sandy) and Ann Martin of Corydon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
