He is survived by: his wife Mary Elaine Flater (Chapman); his daughters, Julia Annette Abdalla (Basim) of Fishers, Cynthia Rena Prange (John) of Port Huron, MI and Machelle Lea Harper of Paris, IL; his grandchildren, Abdalla, Ferras (Somayah), Waleed (Zohadya), Ahmad (Hawa), Christina (Katrina), Nathan (Ariel), Jessica (Orry), Andrew and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Azziyah, Bilqees, Safaa, Charly and Remington; and his nieces, Kim, Karen, Karisa, Carole, Jean Ann, Diane and Kathy.
