He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Dale Myers and Hester Farrell Maurer (Hatfield); his son Steven Myers; and his siblings, David Maurer, Laveda M. Bryant, Hazel Fern Myers and Phyllis McCormick.
He is survived by: his children, Aaron Douglas Myers (Erin) of Bloomington, Myra Lynn McCart (Chris) of Punta Gorda, FL and Jennifer Lynn Myers of Linton; his grandchildren, Jason Myers, Lisa Zurcher, Stephanie Owens, Bryce Myers, James McCart, Stacy Hinman and Briannah Myers; and his brother Roland Maurer (Pat) of South Bend.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First Christian Church at Linton.
