She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ezra Blakely and Mary Louise Blakely (Ginestet); her son Michael Frederick; her sister Martha Russell; and her grandson Kevin Walton.
She is survived by: her children, Catherine McCarty (Sean), Susan Adams and Ronald Frederick (Deborah). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
