He was predeceased by: his brothers, Dennis Henico and Jack Henico; his uncle John Holder; and his aunts, Bonnie, Margaret, Jackie and Irene.
He is survived by: his daughter Heidi Kurz (Robert) of Georgia; his siblings, Jeri Lynn Scoggins of Franklin and Randy Holder of Gainesville; his grandsons, Joshua, Nathan, Ryan and David; his great grandchildren, Evelyn and Ethan; his niece Sharon (Richard); his nephews, Josh Scoggins (Amanda) and Jason Holder; his aunt Jean Ann Pope (Don); his uncle Lyle Sloan (Willy); his cousin Kathy Lawrence; and also, Scott Pope, Fred Pope, Denise Sloan and Jeff Sloan.
