He is survived by: his wife Nina Spinks (Alexander) of Linton; his children, Hollie Pappano (Jeremy) of Edinburgh, Toni Allen of Linton, Steele Spinks (Amy) of Linton, Nikki Frederick (Tario) of Franklin and Kyndal Davis (Colby) of Sullivan; and his sisters, Pam Spell (Roger) of Greensboro, NC, Kathy Franklin (Greg) of Linton and Debbie Spinks of Anderson. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
