He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Hart and Mary Ruth Hart (Smith); and his siblings, Donald Hart, John T. Hart, Beulah Nolting, Zelma Helderman, Betty Birt and Marilyn Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Steve Hart (Lora) of Mitchell, Kim Lashlee (Jack) of Mitchell and Lisa Andis (Tom) of Linton; his grandchildren, Ashley Wagner (Anthony), Aleta Hart, Stephanie Jones (Shannon), Scott Smoot, Casey Andis (Lindsay), Kelsey Snodgrass (Jace), Darcy Passen (Eli), Ariel Easton (Stephen), Sara Van Hoy and Doug Van Hoy; his siblings, Ray O. Hart (Martha) of Odon and Margaret Dailey (Ralph) of Worthington; and his brother-in-law Harold Helderman.
