She is survived by: her spouse Terry Lee Cunningham; her children, Angela Mathley (Kevin) of Sullivan, IN and Nathan Padgett (Christina); her grandchildren, Jonathan (Julia), Samantha (Jason), Kaitlyn (Caleb), Ronald Myers and Sydney; her great grandchildren, Xzavior, Kaylynn, Addison Sheets, Hayden, Parker, Elizabeth, Adaline Whitebread and Paislee Knowles; her brother Jack (Dale Smith) of Anderson, IN; and also Wilma Smith of Mount Dora, FL. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
