She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Ellis and Ethel Lenora Goodson (Swaggerty); her husband David Denman; her daughters, Carol Lee Weaver and Peggy Sue Weaver; and her sisters, Nola Irene Rose, Rosetta Sears and Louise Spelts.
She is survived by: her pet Rebel; her children, Johnny C. Weaver and Renee; her grandchildren, Megan Damron of Jasonville, Jeremiah Damron, Sarah Snow of Linton and Elisha Johnson of Howesville; and her sister Madonna Bailey (Ronald) of Linton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
