He was predeceased by: his parents, Laina Elliott and Sarah Marie Elliott (Owen); his daughter Janie B. Elliott; and his siblings, Nila Hall, Jimmie D. Elliott and David Elliott.
He is survived by: his wife Norma L. Elliott (Alsop); his daughters, Debbie L. Francis (Kevin) of Linton and Cathy L. Hobbs (Bret) of Linton; and his sister-in-law Patti Elliott of Linton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
