He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cullison and Geneva Cullison (Stephens); his wife Sarah "Sally" Cullison; his siblings, Bob Cullison, Ted Cullison, Faye West and Dan Cullison; and his sister-in-law Donnetta Cullison.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Cullison (Susan) of Linton and Bryan Cullison, Sr. (Kathy) of Linton; his grandchildren, Nikki Jo Jerrell (Clint), Bryan Lee Cullison, Jr. and Braylin Lee Cullison; his great grandchildren, Dylan Lee Jerrell, Bentley Allen Jerrell and Allexus Marie Culison; his siblings, Rose Dwyer (Don), Betty Chambers (Leonard), George Cullison (Debbie) and Dixie Cullison; and his sister-in-law Ruby Cullison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
