He is survived by: his wife Dawn Sullivan (Thomas); his children, Randy Sullivan (Kim) of Newberry, Brandi Sullivan of Newberry and Shannon Hasler (John) of Bloomfield; his grandchildren, Harlee Sullivan, Sierra White and Nolan Sullivan; his great grandchildren, Remington White and Waylon White; and his siblings, Judy Stahl of Bloomfield, Larry Sullivan (Amanda) of Bloomfield, Gary Sullivan (Carolyn) of Switz City and Glen Sullivan (Terri) of Linton.
