He is survived by: his parents, David Bailey II and Thresa Bailey (Mayfield); his sons, Jonathan David and Levi William Bailey; his parents-in-law, George and Amy Tucker of Linton; and his brothers-in-law, Thadd Tucker (Paula) and Todd Tucker (Jill). He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, two nieces, and four nephews.
