He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Heacock and Geneveve Heacock (Tisdale); and his siblings, Judy, Joann, Billie, Richard and Jim.

He is survived by: his children, Charles Earl Heacock of Linton, Kathy Franklin of Linton, Christopher Heacock of Linton and Caven Heacock of Linton; his grandchildren, Kamie Heacock, Josh McGowan, Chelsea McGowan and Katie Vaughn; his great grandchildren, Aleah, Amelia, Briar and Draven; and his sisters, Eleanor Chambers and Rita McKinney (Lonna Heacock).
