She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Shouse and Alma Shouse (Cook); her husband Jerry Moss; her daughter Lisa Addison; and her brother Terry Shouse.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Suthard (Tammy) of Linton, Marty Moss of Nashville, TN, Lori Parker (Forrest) of LaVergne, TN, Marti House of Linton, Chad Moss (Maryann) of Linton and Cassandra Gwaltney (Joshua) of Sandborn; and her sisters, Phyllis Binkowski of Sarasota, FL. and Patty King of Sarasota, FL.. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
