She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mowery and Mary Anna Mowery (Mowery); her husband Wendell Phillips; and her siblings, Robert Bruner, William A. "Billy" Mowery, Isaac Mowery, Mary Campbell and Margaret Foster.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Phillips (Patricia) of Linton and Leah Stremming of Sandborn; and her siblings, Vernon Mowery (Jan) of Yorktown, IN and Doris Hasler. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren.
In compliance with state regulations, social distancing and face masks are required by all attending.
