She was predeceased by: her parents, William Houchin and Bessie Houchin (Higar); her husbands, David Francis Jerrell and Ronald Carpenter; her daughter Donna Myers; her siblings, Jerry, Billie Houchin, Dorothy Barnaby, Alice Griffith and Mary Hale; and her son-in-law Mike Faulk.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Myers (Alvin) of Linton, Laura Faulk (Edward McDaniels) of Linton, Kathy Cullison (Bryan) of Linton and Travis Jerrell (Brickston) of Linton; her stepdaughter Patty Lynn Vaughn of Brazil; her son-in-law Ronnie Myers; and her sisters, Maggie Corns of Lyons and Daisy Clark of Ellettsville. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, & thirteen great-grandchildren.
