He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Cunningham and Dora Mae Cunningham (Ellis); and his brother Jim Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Cunningham (Parks); his son Terry Cunningham of Linton; his stepchildren, David Pearson (Michelle) of Linton, Ellen Gawthorp (Gordon) of Illinois, Tracey Maguire (John) of Boston, MA and Lisa Long (Craig) of Wisconsin; and his siblings, Bob Cunningham (Carolyn) of Linton, Ron Cunningham (Judy) of Oaktown, Opal Vest of Linton, Doris Medley of Linton, Pat Knotts (Jim) of Linton, Joyce Bland (Curt) of Linton, Beulah Shonk (Steve) of Linton and Sue Wallace of Linton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
