It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bennie Lewis of Linton, Indiana, who passed away on November 10, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Newton "Tuffy" Lewis and Ida Alice Lewis (Frye); his wife Connie Sue Lewis (Hair); his son Michael Lewis; and his grandchildren, Gracie Belle and Matthew Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Bob Lewis (Penny), David Lewis, Cindy Leadman, Mary Zygai, Anthony Lewis and Nathan Lewis; his grandchildren, Kim Fisher, T. J. Miller, Jon Towell, Mike Lewis, Ryan Lewis, Nick Goodman (Marybeth), Jarrod Lewis (Shakole), Laken Lewis, Ryder Lewis, David Lewis Jr. and Annabelle Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Corby, Johny, Raeghan, Bradlee, Mikey, Bryleigh, Braxton, Hailey, Kylee, Raylyn, Asher, Sophie, Noah, Hunter and Chayton Fisher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Following state guidelines, face mask and social distancing will be required.
