She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Smith and Zonia Smith (Bruner); and her daughter Donna Harold. She is survived by: her children, Tammie Andersen (Mike) of University Park, Angela Bales (Michael) of Ligonier and Dale Reichard (Marcia) of Ft. Wayne; and her siblings, Harold Smith (Trudy) of Church Hill, TN, Gerald Smith of Kingsport, TN, Inez Dingus of Kingsport, TN and Kay Wallen of Kingsport, TN. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
