He is survived by: his parents, Sue Patrick (Sparrow) of Ligonier, Indiana and Clyde Patrick; his children, Tanner Fought (Veronica) of Amo, Turner Patrick of Ligonier, Zayne Patrick of Ligonier and Jaxon Christner of Topeka, Indiana; and his brother Ty Patrick of Athens, GA. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, cousins, friends, and "granddogs".

Memorial contributions may be directed to Ducks Unlimited of Noble County or Humane Society of Noble County.
