He is survived by: his children, Michael Cassidy (Mindy) of Claypool, Austin Cassidy (Tera Sterling) of Bremen, Jeremy Cassidy of Warsaw and Hollie Slowey (Caleb) of Columbia City; his siblings, Karen Anderson (Don) of Kimmell, Robert Cassidy (Cindy) of Mishawaka, Diane Vande Burgt (Dan) of Kimmell, Pat Fry of Elkhart and Raymond Cassidy of North Webster; and his caregivers, Allie, Erin and Tiffany. He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren.
