He is survived by: his former wife Tina K. Thompson of Wawaka; his daughter Niqole R. Carter of Albion, IN.; his wife Michelle Carter of Elkhart; his grandson Kael Evans of Albion, IN; and his siblings, Stephanie Penwell (Randy) of Peterstown, WV, Kimberly Johnson (Terry) of Columbia City, IN, Scott A. Carter (Kevin Carter) of Syracuse, IN and Larry Shively (Cathy Hartman). He is also survived by nephews and nieces, step-nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and friends.
