It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Katherine Shepherd of Ligonier, Indiana, who passed away on February 2, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Goggans and Joan Grunden (Burkley); and her siblings, Cheryl Gonzalez, Laura Huff and Clinton "Buzzy" Goggans.
She is survived by: her children, Emily Skaggs of Michigan, Catherine Shepherd of Brimfield, Randy Goggans (Alisan Noe) of Kimmell and Dillon Hopkins (Chrissy) of Ligonier; her grandchildren, Jasper, Farrah, Kannon, Braxton, Tank and Remington; and her siblings, Pamela Howard of Kenansville, Debra Murray (Robin) of Fort Wayne, Thomas Goggans (Martha) of Albion, Tracy Thieme (David) of Wawaka, Robin Urso (John) of Albion, Rachel Hile of Albion and John Grunden (Rena) of Huntington. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
