She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Prucinsky and Margaret Prucinsky (Fuzey); her children, Tina Smith, Robin Pergrem and Stephen Gillespie; her grandson Eric Michael Gillespie; and her siblings, Virginia Barnes, Mary Ellen Prucinsky, Frederick Prucinsky, Robert Prucinsky and Joseph Prucinsky.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Gillespie (Melissa) of Estes Park and Christopher Gillespie (Penny) of Ligonier; her grandchildren, Daniel Gillespie, Benjamin Scott, Kevin Sheley (Kirsten), Adam Gillespie (Heather), Tyler Gillespie (Eric Raynal), Rachel Fehland (Cameron), Scotty Gillespie (Britnnie), Katie Pergrem, Ally Pergrem and Alex Gillespie; her siblings, Patricia Ottaiano (Prucinsky) of Joliet, IL and Gary "Chris" Prucinsky of Ligonier; her sister-in-law Ann Prucinsky of Angola; her close friend Donna Feightner; and her pet Randy. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
