She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Johnson and Maude Johnson (Gross); her husband Alfred LeRoy Lindsay, Sr.; her daughters, Nondus Brown and Dixie L. Peoples; and her great grandchild Rodney.
She is survived by: her children, Edith "Sue" Lindsay of Ligonier, Richard Lindsay (Cindy) of Orland, Alfred Lindsay Jr. of Ligonier, Thomas Lindsay (Janet) of Ligonier, Charles Martin (Jennifer) of LaGrange, Tina Walton (Michael) of New Paris and James Brown of New Paris; her brother Richard Johnson of South Vienna, OH; and her sons-in-law, Dennis Peoples of Wolcottville and Kenneth Brown of Ligonier. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations are to the Hemophilia Foundation of Indiana or the Alzheimer's Association.
