With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip Strouse (Ligonier, Indiana), who passed away on September 20, 2018 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlo Clifton and Donnabelle Rose Strouse (Staton); his sister Susan Gose; his niece Tiffany Ritter; and his friends, Jim Wyatt and Roger Sprague.
He is survived by: his siblings, Don Strouse (Sally) of Goshen, IN, Kathy Cronk (Randy) of Fort Wayne, IN, Kim Short of Ligonier, IN and Karen Strouse of Ligonier, IN; his nieces and nephews, Tim Strouse, Jim Strouse, Tammy Hicks, Vince Gose, Ron Short Jr., Shawna Short, Matt Short, Bobby Ritchie, Mandy Deskins and Jessica Griffith; his cousin Melody Mellow; and his friend John Alfrey.
