She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Smith and Anna Mae Smith (Johnson); her son Gary Antonides; her son-in-law Eugene "Gino" Hershberger; and her siblings, Marie Bannick, Evelyn Clegg, Maxine Belinsky, Hubert Smith, Warren Smith and Earl Smith.
She is survived by: her spouse Lee Antonides; her children, Judy Hershberger of Wolcottville and Larry Antonides (Mary) of Kendallville; and her brother Lloyd Smith of Illinois. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
