She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Folk and Poneda Folk (Schoeff); her siblings, Kate Earnhart and Wilford Folk; and her granddaughters, Margaret Slone (Hammack) and Laura Cunningham.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Hammack of Ligonier, Jerry Conner (Linda) of Kimmell, Tom Emely (Ann) of Markle, Tim Emely (Pat) of Ligonier and Cindy Hyndman of Fort Wayne; and her brother Jim Folk of Cypress Palms. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and numerous great-great-grandchildren.
